Hedrick Brothers Construction and Leo A Daly were selected as the Design-Build Team by Palm Beach Atlantic University for The Rinker Athletic Facility at 3401 Parker Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL. The new 45,000 square foot, two-story project will include locker rooms, coaches offices, weight room, recruiting area, meeting and function spaces, and physical therapy area and strength & conditioning rooms. Construction is scheduled to begin this Fall and completion is expected in Summer 2017.
