Hedrick Brothers Construction announces that pre-construction, renovation and new construction services have been completed for the clubhouse and the golf course maintenance area at Jonathan’s Landing Golf Club, 16823 Captain Kirle Dr., Jupiter, FL 33477. The project included: a 12,000 square foot interior and exterior renovation of the two-story clubhouse for dining, lounge, and card room; the relocation and expansion of the Golf Pro Shop; and new construction of two metal buildings for the 15,000 square foot golf course maintenance area with associated new site work. The architect was Leo A Daly, West Palm Beach, FL for the clubhouse and Roy & Posey, West Palm Beach, FL for the Golf Course Maintenance Area.
