A fourth generation general contractor active in Palm Beach County since 1979, Dale has been instrumental in building and maintaining the company’s reputation for providing quality craftsmanship, professional project management, and conducting business with integrity. Hedrick Brothers Construction provides preconstruction, construction management, general contracting, and design-build services for Commercial, Luxury Residential, Equestrian, Industrial, Automobile Dealeships, Municipal, Country Clubs, Education, Historic Restoration and Sustainable/LEED construction projects in Florida and Georgia. Dale R. Hedrick was born and raised in West Palm Beach. He graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Building and Construction from the M. E. Rinker, Sr. School of Building Construction. Dale is a Member of Family Church, Downtown. He has been married to Cathleen Burk for 28 years and they reside in West Palm Beach with their three sons.
Gene Parker joined Hedrick Brothers Construction in 1983 as a general superintendent and has advanced his career to Executive Vice President and Corporate Officer. For more than 30 years, he has overseen the development of hundreds of projects, and has led the company’s pursuit of total quality management and superior client satisfaction. Gene’s hands-on approach includes executive-level project management for the renovation, restoration, and new construction of world-class luxury residential homes and condominiums, equestrian estates, country clubs, high-end retail boutiques, and commercial properties on Palm Beach.
Jack Ullrich has been building throughout South Florida for over 40 years. His expertise is in Construction Management Services for both the public and private sectors, including K-12 campuses, university and college dormitories, classroom and administration buildings, as well as municipal, industrial, and commercial facilities. Jack has built 7 LEED Certified Buildings in South Florida, and brings his experience in innovative and high-performance technologies to each project. Jack is past President of the AGC Florida East Coast Chapter.
Donald Jones has built over 20,000,000 square feet of general contracting and construction management projects throughout South Florida and the United States, and has a construction career spanning over 40 years. His diverse project portfolio includes country clubs, Assisted Living Facilities, and high-rise condominiums.
Jerry Jernigan has more than 40 years of experience throughout Florida, the U.S and Caribbean providing all phases of pre-construction management in the delivery of public and private sector projects. As the Chief Estimator, he is committed to creating strong relationships with the owners, design professionals and subcontractors. Jerry has developed a Workshop Delivery System, which allows for maximized strengths and talents, collaborative building and shared information. His extensive pre-construction and estimating experience produces results that impact each project through optimized schedules, reduced project costs, and increased efficiencies without compromising function, durability or design. Jerry has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and Accounting from the University of West Florida.
Erik Himmel has been building high-performance projects with Hedrick Brothers Construction since 2007. With more than 30 years of construction experience in South Florida, Massachusetts and The Caribbean, he has advanced his career with the company from Project Manager to Vice President & Project Executive for the automotive market and all projects in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Erik has invaluable knowledge in building and renovating high-performance and LEED certified commercial and industrial projects, parking garages, and high-end luxury residential and equestrian estates. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Management with a Major in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston, MA.
Robin Lunsford has been building high-profile projects with Hedrick Brothers Construction since 1995. With more than 30 years of local experience, he has advanced his career from carpenter to Senior Project Manager. Robin has invaluable knowledge of local conditions and costs, and vast experience in building and renovating historic, commercial, luxury residential and high-end retail projects. He received the 2007 American Institute of Architects-Palm Beach Chapter Craftsman of the Year Award for his work on the historic restoration of the Palm Beach County 1916 Historic Courthouse, and is a Board Member of the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation.
Eric Engstrom joined the Hedrick Brothers Construction team in 2011 with extensive experience in the accounting and construction industries in Palm Beach County. His responsibilities include financial management, accounting, human resources and information technology. Eric is a Member, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA); Member, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA); and former Member, Board of Directors of the South Florida Manufacturers Association. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Accounting and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.
