Mr. Jernigan has more than 30 years experience throughout Florida, the U.S and Caribbean providing all phases of preconstruction management in the delivery of public and private sector projects. He has a B.S. in Construction Management and Accounting from the University of West Florida.
Mr. Scheele has more than 34 years experience in the construction industry with education, commercial and retail projects and a B.S. in Building Construction from the University of Florida.
