West Palm Beach, FL (September 2013) Hedrick Brothers Construction Co., Inc. has been selected as Construction Manager by Senior Lifestyle Corporation, Chicago, IL, for the renovation of The Carlisle Palm Beach, located at 450 East Ocean Avenue, Lantana, FL. The project specifics include the renovation of 35,176 square feet, an elevator upgrade and selected areas for landscape in this luxury four-building assisted living community. Pasquale Kuritzky Architecture, Fort Lauderdale, FL is the architect for the project. Completion is scheduled for February of 2014.
