Joe Morin is a seasoned construction professional with a 20-year career, including 12 years in South Florida, specializing in world-class luxury residential projects on Palm Beach and Jupiter Island, and equestrian estates in Wellington. As Vice President in the Luxury Residential Division, Joe oversees business development, estimating, preconstruction, and project management teams. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He has received numerous accolades for his exceptional project management skills, including the Eagle Award for Excellence in Construction by the Associated Builders and Contractors Florida East Coast Chapter in 2023 and 2021; the Build Florida Award by the Associated General Contractors Florida East Coast Chapter in 2014; and Builder of the Year honors from both the American Institute of Architects State of Florida and the American Institute of Architects Palm Beach in 2014.
