Hedrick Brothers Construction has been selected as Construction Manager by Boca West Country Club, 20583 Boca West Drive, for the new Golf Clubhouse & Activities Center. Pre Construction services have been completed, the project is underway, and includes: demolition of a 74,000 square foot existing clubhouse and new construction of a 155,000 +/- square foot clubhouse facility. An existing social club will remain open during this major project. The Golf Clubhouse & Activities Center will include: new dining facilities with a signature steakhouse and sports bar, themed streetscapes with boutique shops, men’s and women’s locker rooms, golf pro shop and retail center, card rooms, covered golf staging area and offices for club services. In addition, the existing site utility system – drainage, sanitary sewer and water distribution will be modified, and new services will be installed to accommodate the increased footprint of the building structure.
