Hedrick Brothers Construction and Cooper Construction Management & Consulting have been selected as Construction Management at Risk Services by the City of West Palm Beach for Fire Station No. 4 at 1718 Parker Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL. Construction is underway and the project scope includes: relocation of the ๏ฌre station to a temporary facility; demolition of the existing building; and new construction of a 11,863 square foot state-of-the-art ๏ฌre station. The two-story facility will have a Category 5 structural design; will be built to achieve LEED certi๏ฌcation; and the exterior of the building will blend in with the surrounding neighborhood. The architect is CPZ Architects, Inc., Plantation, FL.
