PALM BEACH RIVERSTONE UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Hedrick Brothers Construction was selected by 374 Palm Beach LLC, a subsidiary of American Group, Los Angeles, CA to provide construction management services for the new Palm Beach Riverstone at 2350 45th Street, West Palm Beach, FL. Due to the large footprint of the project, the Class A apartment community is being constructed in four phases. The west and southeast sides of the eight-story building have been topped off, and the team is moving on to the northeast side for phase three.
Palm Beach Riverstone, when completed, will include 374 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with balconies and first floor fenced garden yards; a dog spa/grooming area; gaming area; interior bistro bar; and a sky lounge on the eighth floor. The interior courtyard will feature a pool, spa, fountains, grilling areas, and an entertaining pavilion. Additional amenities include electric car charging stations, high-speed fiber internet, a backup generator, and a jogging path. The six-level parking garage will have 675 spaces.

HISTORIC RENOVATION FOR LANDMARK RESIDENCE
The HB Luxury Residential Division has completed the renovation of a landmark Maurice Fatio residence on the Intracoastal Waterway in Palm Beach. This historic project for a repeat client comprised 13,000 SF and included the main and guest houses, pool renovation, and new landscape and hardscape. Unique aspects of the scope ranged from enhanced acoustics to reduce the disturbance from airplanes and the installation of an underground air conditioning system to French polished selective woodwork and meticulously performed structural work to maintain the integrity of the exterior walls. In addition, the talented HB Luxury Residential Team provided in-house design services, with engineer approval, for structural enhancements around the perimeter of the residence.

HAMMOCK BEACH GOLF RESORT & SPA RENOVATIONS
The HB Team is now pleased to call the Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa a repeat client. The Space Coast Commercial Division Team has completed an interior renovation and modernization of Delfinos Italian Chophouse, Loggerheads Sports Pub, Stix Authentic Sushi, and a private dining room. These main restaurant spaces and associated mezzanines were all updated with new interior finishes, millwork, seating, bar, kitchen equipment, and supporting MEP improvements. Design-build services are currently in progress for a new waterfront deck with four new retail outlets. The new Dockside Shoppes will include a pizzeria, ice cream parlor, arcade, surf shop, and upscale boutique. Construction is anticipated to begin in April 2022, with completion later this summer. RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES & HOTEL RENOVATIONS COMMENCE
Renovations for the Ritz-Carlton residence and hotel towers in Coconut Grove, Florida, are underway. HB’s Miami-based team is fast-tracking common area improvements for this luxury brand. The team includes Edward Cox Interiors, Miami, FL, and Gaudet Associates, Jupiter, FL.
