20 Feb Hedrick Brothers Construction 13TH AGC BUILD FLORIDA AWARD With Residential Project
Hedrick Brothers Construction has received the distinguished AGC Build Florida Award for Residential Construction in the over $5 Million category during a gala event hosted by the Associated General Contractors of America, Inc., Florida East Coast Chapter. The biennial AGC Build Florida Awards program is a prestigious awards competition open to AGC FEC Chapter general and specialty contractor members.
“Congratulations to our team for working together and exhibiting construction excellence, innovation, integrity, safety, and service to the client and community,” said Dale Hedrick, Founder & President, Hedrick Brothers Construction. “This is the 13th AGC Build Florida Award presented to our company, and quite appropriate that it is for a spectacular new Anglo Caribbean style private residence on three acres overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway on Jupiter Island.”
The project consisted of a 14,800 SF, two-story main residence and 1,200 SF, two-suite guest house, with site amenities: 25’ x 75’ lap pool, outdoor loggia’s, equipment yard, outdoor shower, three-car garage, gravel driveway and motor court, and underground utilities. Hardscape included: pathways, natural wall created with boulders mined from the property, stairs to the intracoastal, and a dock. Landscape included: lush buffers, mature specimen trees, beautiful gardens and diamond zoysia lawn.
