HEDRICK BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION COMPLETES 163,000 SF NEW STUDENT RESIDENCE HALL FOR PALM BEACH ATLANTIC UNIVERSITY

Hedrick Brothers Construction has completed a new 163,000SF student residence hall on the campus of Palm Beach Atlantic University, 351 Pembroke Place, West Palm Beach, FL for developer Pembroke Student Housing LLC. The eight-story building consists of 154 one and two-bedroom units with full kitchens and double occupancy accommodations for 510 beds, a large meeting/conference space, and community and private study spaces on each floor.

We know the students will enjoy this new option for residence life.”
