The School District of Palm Beach County selected the partnering team of Hedrick Brothers Construction (HB) and Cooper Construction Management & Consulting (CCMC) for Construction Management at Risk Services for the Adult Education modernization project at 4260 Westgate Avenue. Project scope includes demolition, site improvements, and new construction of a 52,000 square foot, three-story educational facility.
