Hedrick Brothers Construction has broken ground on Waterview Apartments at Mangonia Park, a $54 million affordable housing community. Serving as Construction Manager, Hedrick Brothers joins Waterview Partners LLLP, led by developers Sun Foundation, Inc. and Rich Global, in delivering a vital multi-family rental community designed for low-income seniors and adults with disabilities in West Palm Beach.
The six-story, 180,000-square-foot building will feature 140 one-bedroom residences. Of these, 56 units are reserved for households earning at or below 30 percent of the area median income (AMI), and 84 units for those earning at or below 80 percent of the AMI—ensuring long-term housing affordability for residents who qualify.
Thoughtfully designed by Spaulding + Olson Design Group, the community will include wellness-focused amenities and a 112-space multi-level podium parking structure to enhance accessibility and quality of life. The project is located on a 1.67-acre site at 4455 Tiffany Drive South in West Palm Beach, Florida.
