Palm House Hotel Reopens, Ushering in a New Era of Luxury in Palm Beach

Hedrick Brothers Construction is proud to announce the reopening of the Palm House Hotel, located at 160 Royal Palm Way, Palm Beach. Closed for 17 years, this iconic property has undergone a stunning transformation through a three-year renovation project, culminating in a soft opening on November 27. The renovation, designed by Cooper Carry and Muza Lab, was brought to life by Hedrick Brothers Construction as the general contractor, setting a new standard for luxury and elegance in Palm Beach. Hedrick Brothers also renovated the same hotel, then the Heart of Palm Beach, in 2007.

As part of the Iconic Luxury Hotels collection, Palm House offers 79 rooms, including 21 suites, and boasts world-class amenities such as the Palm Bar, an 88-seat dining room, and a meticulously designed pool area. The initial opening allowed guests to experience 36 rooms and the hotel’s exquisite public spaces, with a full reopening anticipated soon.

This milestone marks the end of a complex chapter in the property’s history and celebrates a bright future as a premier destination in Palm Beach. Hedrick Brothers Construction is honored to have played a role in bringing this extraordinary vision to life.
