Overview
Hedrick Brothers Construction and teaming partner Cooper Construction Management & Consulting were selected for Construction Management at Risk Services for The School District of Palm Beach County Adult Education Modernization project, located on the former Gold Coast Community School Campus at 4260 Westgate Ave. Construction is completed and the project scope includes demolition, site improvements, and new construction of a 53,370 square foot, three-story educational facility.
