Hedrick Brothers Construction provided preconstruction, virtual design & construction, and construction management services for a 338,877 square foot expansion for Braman Motorcars on Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach, FL. The project included a new six-story garage for automobile storage and 44 air-conditioned service bays; a two-level Porsche dealership with a showroom capable of housing 14 cars, a configurator fitting room for clients to build and commission a one of a kind creation, and a service department; Rolls Royce Motorcars Palm Beach and Bentley Palm Beach which include showrooms, configurator fitting rooms for clients to build and commission new cars, as well as service departments, and a Braman Luxury Pre-Owned showroom.
