Hedrick Brothers Construction completed Phase 1 of the renovation for the historic CAST (Creative Arts Academy of Saint Lucie) Building 1 at 1100 Delaware Avenue in Fort Pierce, FL. Phase 1 for the 25,683 sq. ft., 100-year old building included interior demolition, structural repair of floor and ceiling joists, and new walls, ceilings, lights, fire sprinkler, low-voltage systems, and temporary air conditioning of 5,000 square feet for four classrooms.
