Hedrick Brothers Construction completed a renovation for the historic CAST (Creative Arts Academy of Saint Lucie) Building 1 at 1100 Delaware Avenue in Fort Pierce, FL. The renovation for the 25,683 square foot, 100-year old building included interior demolition, structural repair of floor and ceiling joists, and new walls, ceilings, lights, fire sprinkler, low-voltage systems, and temporary air conditioning of 5,000 square feet for four classrooms.
