Hedrick Brothers Construction was selected by Erickson Living for a comprehensive renovation of Devonshire at PGA National, a premier life care retirement community in Palm Beach Gardens. This project encompassed a 15,000-square-foot transformation of the clubhouse, featuring an upgraded main lobby, an inviting living room, three distinct dining venues, a refined bar, and modernized staff offices. The scope also included meticulous renovations to individual apartments and corridors, elevating the living experience and supporting Devonshire’s commitment to luxurious, resort-style senior living.
