The Space Coast Commercial Division Team has completed an interior renovation and modernization of Delfinos Italian Chophouse, Loggerheads Sports Pub, Stix Authentic Sushi, and a private dining room. These main restaurant spaces and associated mezzanines were all updated with new interior finishes, millwork, seating, bar, kitchen equipment, and supporting MEP improvements. Design-build services are currently in progress for a new waterfront deck with four new retail outlets. The new Dockside Shoppes will include a pizzeria, ice cream parlor, arcade, surf shop, and upscale boutique.
