Hedrick Brothers Construction was one of the contractors on the CityPlace project that spread over 77 acres in downtown West Palm Beach in 2000. The former First United Methodist Church built in the 1920's was historically restored and converted into an exhibition hall. The roof was replaced with barrel tile and the copper roof on the bell tower was completely restored.
