The HB Commercial Team has completed the interior build-out of the new office for Intech Investment Management in One Clearlake Centre, 250 South Australian, West Palm Beach, FL. Encompassing 23,000 sq. ft. on the 17th and 18th penthouse floors with 360° views, the project included high-end finishes, glass office fronts, and a new ornate staircase.
