Martin County’s newest Fire Rescue Station #18 has been completed and is in service. The new 12,389 SF station located at 1995 NW Britt Road in Stuart, FL includes three apparatus bays, decontamination room, bunker gear room, watch room, IT room, kitchen, gym, and 10 dorm rooms. In addition, site improvements were made, including a new storm water control system, sanitary lift station, generator, propane tank, communications tower, and heavy-duty concrete driveways and parking. The project design team included Bowman Consulting, Stuart, FL; CPZ Architects, Plantation, FL; and KAMM Consulting, Fort Pierce, FL.
