The HB Luxury Residential Division performed the role of general contractor for the development of a 2.7 acre oceanfront property in Palm Beach, FL. Elevation of the site was raised as much as 10 feet to accommodate finish floor height as well as to maximize usage of the property. More than 40 existing trees were relocated and over 7,500 trees and plants were brought in to create an established-looking landscape. Irrigation wells were drilled and implemented along with the use of salt-tolerant paspalum turf grass to cut down on the amount of city water needed to irrigate the property. 

Designed with a classical exterior juxtaposed with a contemporary interior, a new three-story residence was constructed and features Portuguese limestone columns and entablature, Turkish shell stone paving, walnut paneling, and high gloss cabinetry. The large basement area includes the central location of all HVAC equipment and a four-car garage.
