DESCRIPTION

Hedrick Brothers Construction has been selected for two projects with Old Palm Golf Club in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The first project has begun and includes selective demolition, renovation, and expansion of the 45,000 SF clubhouse. Upgrades include indoor and outdoor dining, locker rooms, and three new state-of-the-art bars for a wider range of hospitality. All these renovations are carefully integrated into the original concept of the clubhouse which was intended to have the feel of a Palm Beach Island mansion.

The second project is a new ground-up 20,165 SF fitness and lifestyle facility with an outdoor deck and luxury pool. High-end finishes throughout the facility flow with the clubhouse. The new lifestyle center will feature a fitness center, spa with steam and sauna rooms, a kitchen/café, salon, and activity-focused locker rooms for both men and women.
