Hedrick Brothers Construction completed a transformative student residence hall for Palm Beach Atlantic University at 351 Pembroke Place in West Palm Beach, FL. Developed by Pembroke Student Housing LLC, this state-of-the-art, 163,000-square-foot, eight-story building offers 154 one- and two-bedroom units, designed to support student life with full kitchens and double occupancy accommodations, housing up to 510 students. Each floor boasts both community and private study areas, while ample meeting and conference spaces foster collaboration and connection within the student community.
Delivered ahead of schedule and under budget, the project is a testament to Hedrick Brothers Construction’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and collaboration. Successfully navigating tight site constraints within an active campus and urban area, the team’s strategic planning and communication minimized disruption and ensured smooth progress. The new residence hall enhances campus life at Palm Beach Atlantic University, providing students with a modern, comfortable, and connected living environment designed to enrich their university experience.
