DESCRIPTION

The Technical Education Center is a LEED NC 2.2 PLATINUM Certified project. Hedrick Brothers completed a new 28,160 SF building on the College’s Belle Glade active campus with limited site access. The building includes classroom areas for automotive learning, criminal justice corrections, construction trades specialists, and cosmetology. Palm Beach State College worked with US Sugar to include sugar technology in the new curriculum, and it is the first college in North America to offer any type of sugar technology course.
