DESCRIPTION
Completed under budget and on schedule, the Northboro Elementary School Modernization Project is a LEED for Schools Gold Certified project. Hedrick Brothers Construction provided construction management including, but not limited to, design review and recommendations to establish a guaranteed maximum price for construction of 91,015 SF of new classrooms and related support spaces, administration, media center, foodservice and cafeteria, the remodeling of an existing 33,650 SF classroom building built in 1927. The restoration of the existing 1925 Historic Building is pending.
