For the School District of Palm Beach County, Hedrick Brothers Construction repaired and structurally upgraded the original Jupiter School Building (circa 1923) to accommodate the addition of ten elementary classrooms. Included in the work is complete MEP replacement, installation of a new elevator, exit stairs, roofing, required interior finishes, voice data and new facilities for water, sewer, and fire protection. All renovations are to be in consideration of historical value and appearance of the original structure. This campus was occupied during this construction.
