Hedrick Brothers Construction was selected by Protea Senior Living Boca Raton, LLC to provide construction management services for Sunscape Boca Raton Senior Living at 22501 Boca Rio Road, Boca Raton, FL. Construction is complete for the 94,464 square foot, two-story, 116-bed assisted living and memory care community. This state-of-the-art facility has been designed with single-sided corridors to allow for maximum natural light and includes a movie theatre, hairdresser and spa, fitness center, bistro, library, club room, bar, and three multi-functional activity rooms. In addition to the indoor amenities, the facility will have four interior courtyards, one with a swimming pool and putting green, and one which will be covered with ceiling screens for residents to enjoy the outdoors all year long. The project architect is Irwin Partners Architects, Costa Mesa, CA, and Klang & Associates, Coral Springs, FL is the interior designer.
