Hedrick Brothers Construction has completed a comprehensive renovation of The Carlisle Palm Beach, a premier senior living community located at 450 E. Ocean Avenue in Lantana, Florida. Commissioned by Senior Lifestyle Corporation of Chicago, IL, the project encompassed the modernization of 35,176 square feet of interior space, including significant upgrades to the lobby, dining room, wellness center, and the installation of a state-of-the-art fitness facility.

Additionally, the renovation included an elevator upgrade and enhancements to selected landscape areas, further elevating the community’s aesthetic appeal and functionality. The Carlisle Palm Beach offers residents luxurious independent living with 144 upscale apartments, many with ocean views. Each residence features premium finishes, private balconies, and weekly housekeeping. The community boasts a range of amenities, including lush landscaped terraces, a pool and jacuzzi, outdoor dining areas, multiple dining options, an in-house theater, library, and an art studio. The new Wellness Hub supports active lifestyles with personal training, yoga, and group fitness classes, enhancing residents’ health and wellness in an elegant, resort-like setting.
