A new corporate headquarters for Tropical Shipping was completed at 1489 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Riviera Beach, FL. The design-build project was built by Hedrick Brothers Construction and designed by Glidden Spina + Partners.

The new 30,000 square foot two-story office building is hardened to Category 5 hurricane standards, and includes an emergency operations center.  The office building has reception areas, office workstations, private offices, conference rooms, and break rooms.  The project scope also included the addition of a 357 space parking lot, storm drainage, landscaping, irrigation, employee health and wellness walking trail, and a 1,200 square foot covered pavilion.
