Hedrick Brothers Construction has completed pre-construction services and construction is underway for Valencia Palms, 6750 Summerland Boulevard, Delray Beach. The project includes a complete interior renovation of the 25,000 square foot clubhouse with new flooring, wall finishes, lighting, bathrooms and kitchen, and the addition of a storage room.
