DESCRIPTION

Waterview Apartments at Mangonia Park is an affordable housing community under construction in West Palm Beach, Florida. Serving as Construction Manager, Hedrick Brothers Construction is partnering with Waterview Partners LLLP, led by developers Sun Foundation, Inc. and Rich Global, to deliver a vital multi-family rental community designed to support low-income seniors and adults with disabilities.

The six-story, 180,000-square-foot development will feature 140 one-bedroom residences, including 56 units reserved for households earning at or below 30 percent of the area median income (AMI) and 84 units for those earning at or below 80 percent of the AMI.

Designed by Spaulding + Olson Design Group, the community will offer wellness-focused amenities and a 112-space multi-level podium parking structure to enhance accessibility, comfort, and quality of life for residents. The project is situated on a 1.67-acre site at 4455 Tiffany Drive South in West Palm Beach.
