Burk Hedrick serves as Chief Operating Officer of Hedrick Brothers Construction, overseeing enterprise operations, organizational performance, and aligning companywide processes to support strategic long-term growth. He also leads Hedrick Brothers Development, bringing more than 17 years of experience in construction and real estate development across Florida. Since joining the organization in 2022, Burk has advanced the company’s vertically integrated platform, guiding development initiatives in multifamily, office, and industrial sectors. His portfolio includes the successful delivery of more than 7,000 residential units across Florida.

Prior to joining Hedrick Brothers, Burk held leadership positions with Aventon Companies and Bainbridge Companies, where he managed large-scale development projects from concept through completion. Based at the company’s Winter Park office, he plays a central role in expanding the firm’s development pipeline and strengthening its market position as both a builder and an owner/developer.

Burk holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction with a minor in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida. He is licensed as a State of Florida Certified General Contractor and Real Estate Broker.
