CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, HEDRICK BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION  & PRESIDENT, HEDRICK BROTHERS DEVELOPMENT

Burk Hedrick serves as Chief Operating Officer of Hedrick Brothers Construction, overseeing enterprise operations and organizational performance and aligning company-wide processes to support strategic long-term growth. He also leads Hedrick Brothers Development, advancing the company’s vertically integrated platform and guiding development initiatives in the multifamily, office, and industrial sectors.

With more than 20 years of experience in construction and real estate development, Burk joined Hedrick Brothers in 2022 as President of Development and was named Chief Operating Officer of Hedrick Brothers Construction in 2025. Over his career, he has delivered more than 8,000 residential units across Florida, Texas, and Arizona, with prior leadership roles at The Aventon Companies and Bainbridge Companies, two national multifamily developers. Under Burk’s leadership, Hedrick Brothers continues to expand its real estate development and construction portfolio throughout Florida.

Burk holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the university’s Hough Graduate School of Business. He is a licensed Florida General Contractor, a Florida Real Estate Broker, and holds credentials as an Associate Constructor (from the American Institute of Constructors) and as a LEED Green Associate. He serves on the Industry Advisory Board of the UF Rinker School of Construction Management and lives in Winter Park, Florida.
