Joe Morin is a distinguished construction executive with two decades of industry experience, including 15 years of advancement at Hedrick Brothers Construction. Recognized for his leadership in the planning and delivery of world-class luxury residences, Joe has overseen landmark estates and complex renovations across Palm Beach, Jupiter Island, Hobe Sound, Miami, and the equestrian communities of Wellington.

As President of the Luxury Residential Division, Joe provides strategic and operational leadership across all facets of the business, including preconstruction, estimating, project management, field operations, and business development. He is known for cultivating strong client and design-team relationships, strengthening division-wide capabilities, and ensuring each project reflects Hedrick Brothers Construction’s commitment to craftsmanship, service, and uncompromised excellence.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for excellence in project execution and leadership, receiving multiple industry awards, including the Eagle Award for Excellence in Construction from the Associated Builders and Contractors Florida East Coast Chapter (2023, 2021), the Build Florida Award from the Associated General Contractors Florida East Coast Chapter (2014), and Builder of the Year honors from both the American Institute of Architects State of Florida and AIA Palm Beach (2014).
