Hedrick Brothers Construction has been selected for a Design-Build project by Birdsall, Inc. for the Tropical Shipping corporate headquarters at 1489 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. Riviera Beach, FL. Construction is underway and includes a new 30,000 square foot, two-story office building, a 357 space parking lot, storm drainage, landscaping, irrigation, an employee health and wellness walking trail, and a 1,200 square foot covered pavilion. Glidden Spina+Partners, West Palm Beach is the project architect.
