Hedrick Brothers Construction and Cooper Construction Management & Consulting have been selected as Construction Manager by the City of West Palm Beach for Fire Station No. 4 at 1718 Parker Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL. Project scope includes demolishing the existing building and replacing with a new 11,300 square foot state-of-the-art fire station. The two-story facility will have a Category 5 structural design, will be built to achieve LEED certification, and the exterior of the building will blend in with the surrounding neighborhood.
