The HB Space Coast commercial division team has completed construction management services for renovations to Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa, 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Palm Coast, FL. Th scope included an interior renovation and modernization of Delfinos Italian Chophouse, Loggerheads Sports Pub, Stix Authentic Sushi, and a private dining room. These main restaurant spaces and associated mezzanines were all updated with new interior finishes, millwork, seating, bar, kitchen equipment, and supporting MEP improvements. Owner: KDG Capital LLC.
