The Hedrick Brothers Construction team has completed a clubhouse renovation project for the Williams Island Property Owners Association, 5300 Island Boulevard, Aventura, FL. The project included a 7,500 square foot interior and exterior renovation of the Island Grille café; 1,100 square foot tennis pro shop; 3,500 square foot administrative offices; and 20,000 square foot exterior hardscape areas.
