The Martin County School District has selected Hedrick Brothers Construction to perform Construction Management at Risk Services for a phased major renovation and additions project. Scope includes three buildings for Stuart Middle School, 575 SE Georgia Avenue: a 30,633 square foot Food Service/Multipurpose/Stage Building; a 23,497 square foot Administration Media Building; and a Central Energy Plant with Ice Storage. For the School District, the team will be completing a 41,199 square foot Central Administration and Instructional Center at 500 East Ocean Boulevard.
