West Palm Beach, FL (October 29, 2021) Hedrick Brothers Construction has been selected by 374 Palm Beach LLC, a subsidiary of American Group, Los Angeles, CA to provide construction management services for the new Palm Beach Riverstone at 2350 45th Street, West Palm Beach, FL. Construction is underway for the eight-story apartment building and six-level parking garage. The Class A apartment community will include 374 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments with balconies and first floor fenced garden yards; a dog spa/grooming area; gaming area; interior bistro bar; and a Sky Lounge on the eighth floor. The interior courtyard features a pool, spa, fountains, grilling areas and an entertaining pavilion. Additional amenities include electric car charging stations, high speed fiber internet, backup generator, and a jogging path. The parking garage will have 675 spaces.
