Complete interior renovations to modernize existing four-story building for use as Healthcare District Headquarters. Project included asbestos abatement, demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, MEP, new electric on 3rd and 4th floors, new fire alarm system throughout, new IT system cabling, and remodel of employee lounge. Exterior renovations included roof repairs, waterproofing, new 1st floor storefront replacement with impact glass, and handicap lift at outside patio. Existing bank remained open during construction.
