Overview
CM at Risk Project completed on schedule and under budget, the 24 month, 3 phase project in an occupied building was located in the center of Palm Beach with minimal access zones. This 1925 landmark building is home to the Town Manager, Finance Department, Human Resources, Planning, Zoning & Building and Town Clerk, which have remained operational during the entire construction process. The three-phase interior demolition and renovation included building modernization, new office configurations, expansion of office space and remodeling of council chambers. The first exterior restoration in 20 years includes new impact resistant windows, new roof and the protection and delicate restoration of historic exterior façade.
